where do you ship from?

I live in Secret Harbour, in the peel region of Western Australia.  We have various postal locations around 10 minutes away.

what are your shipping costs?

Free pickup from Secret Harbour 

Within Australia - Flat rate

Standard Medium Satchel up to 5kg $12.95

Express Medium Satchel up to 5kg $16.50

Standard Large Satchel up to 5kg $16.50

Express Large Satchel up to 5 Kg $20.50

Domestic purchases, they will be sent via Australia Post (Parcel Post). Delivery times can vary depending on delivery location. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for shipping.

As my location is outside the Express Post network, I am unable to offer you a next business day delivery service however it is the fastest option.

how long before items are dispatched?

I do my best to dispatch within 3-5 business days.

how about your packaging?

All items are carefully wrapped for posting. I may use tissue paper, A small amount of bubble wrap if needed, recycled boxes and Australia post bags or boxes, shredded paper and brown string.

how will I know when my parcel has been sent?

When dispatched, I will send you an email confirming your item has been sent. The email will contain a tracking number. You can track your parcel here: Australia Post Tracking

Please ensure the address is correct as I cannot be responsible if the wrong address has been advised. 

can I return an item?

I really want all my customers to be happy with their purchases, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact me so we can find a solution.
